Registered Nurse | Center of Excellence Lead Coordinator

The Center of Excellence Lead Coordinator is responsible for leading daily activities with the program and overseeing the development, implementation, and organization of the Total Joint, Bariatric, and Spine Center of Excellence. The Manager will coordinate care between surgeons, hospital administration, patients, and staff while tracking the program’s progress. This role is responsible for program management, report generation and review, process improvement, staff education, patient satisfaction, facilities review, and budgeting program needs.

Required Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Current Texas RN license required, BSN or MSN preferred
• Minimum experience of 3-5 years as on orthopedic nurse required
• BLS required
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt to ever changing situations and various personalities with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently; working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excell preferred; willingness to learn computer applications necessary for work functions
