Title: Nurse Manager of Mother-Baby RN

Location: Dallas, TX, USA

Salary/Pay Rate: $84,849 - $127,274 per year (Relocation Assistance and Sign-on Bonus Negotiable)

Schedule: Day Shift

Job Description: The Nurse Manager of Mother-Baby is responsible for the overall management and operations of the Mother-Baby Unit. This includes ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care, managing staff, and overseeing the unit's budget and resources. The Nurse Manager will also play a key role in developing and implementing unit-specific policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of recent acute care leadership experience in a Mother-Baby Unit.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license.
  • Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider card. 
  • NRP Certification.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Experience managing a team of nurses and support staff.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A passion for providing high-quality patient care.
